The Challenge

Find the Way to Automate the Process

After launching their new website, Learning Unlimited wondered if it was possible to automate one of their processes. In this case, one of their global clients needed a way to purchase access to assessments in bulk from Learning Unlimited. This client purchases these assessments almost daily and it was becoming a full time job just to process the orders. Our challenge was to try and automate this process. But the real challenge was allowing these users to register themselves in order to get access to wholesale pricing for the assessments.

The Process

Research and Design for a Best Layout and Structure

First we needed to understand the best way to serve up this unique solution. We had to create a way to these users to register an account as a wholesale user and present them with the wholesale pricing for assessments as well as for products and other services.

The Solution

Improving User Experience

We added some technology to their website to allow these users to register via a special landing page which instantly gave them access as wholesale buyers. We then set it up so that they would be able to make their purchases using wholesale pricing.

The Results

Achieving Our Primary Goal

After implementing this solution, we were able to greatly reduce the workload for Learning Unlimited. This customer can now basically make these purchases fully automated. Since implementing this, Learning Unlimited has been able to generate over $70,000
