My Website Sucks!

If you have a business, it needs to have a website. If you have one, Great! If not, build one. It's really easy with Wix, Weebly, and Squarespace. I know. It's weird huh. Ventin Web Solutions offer websites but here we are telling you to go get a website. Here's our philosophy. A good business should understand the concept behind having a website, how it works, what its purpose is and how it fits into the overall business.

If you are a new business trying to get a professional website you are going to waste a lot of time and money. Now if you've had a website in the past, then, by all means, go ahead and get a professional website. But most times people refuse to understand the value of their website and they don't want to be involved. This is a huge mistake.

But my website is going to suck!

That's alright. In fact, sometimes bad websites perform better than professional websites. But the fact is, you get involved with your website and you understand its value. Most people, when they start out learning how to drive, they get a starter vehicle. A car that is old and you aren't going to care if it gets in a minor fender bender. As you get older and more experienced, you start to upgrade. You really understand what you want, what you can afford and the value behind having that reliable new car. When you understand this value then you are ready to get a website built by a professional.

So, do you have a website?

When getting a professional website you want to make sure that it can do four distinct things:

  1. It's going to be attractive to potential customers.
  2. It's going to capture contact information.
  3. It's going to educate your prospects.
  4. It's going to sell your products or services.

You can do this very effectively if you understand your audience, have a product/market fit and have a marketing sequence that supports your website.
